Who Does God Say I Am?

By paying this invoice or otherwise participating in any Institute of Athletic Movement, LLC ("IAM") activity, you expressly agree as follows:

You hereby waive and release IAM, and its officers, directors, manager(s), members, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns, from any and all liability arising out or related to the services to be performed by IAM in connection with such payment, including any personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, or death to any participant, as well as property damage or financial loss incurred by you arising out of or attributable to IAM's services. You covenant and agree not to make or bring any claim against IAM, and forever releases and discharges IAM from liability under such claims.

You acknowledge and agree that payment for all services is due, in full, prior to the start of any services, and all packages and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any individual sessions that are cancelled and not rescheduled, or cancelled less than 24-hours in advance, will result in forfeiture of the session.
